CrewRoo ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Roxstar Labs, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information when you use the CrewRoo website, web application, and related services (the "Service").

Account and Profile Information
When you create or use an account, we may collect your name, email address, password, phone number, company name, mailing address, and similar account or profile details you choose to provide.
Trip, Client, Invoice, and Expense Data
We collect the information you enter into CrewRoo, which may include client names, company names, billing addresses, email addresses, tail numbers, trip details, flight legs, rates, invoice details, receipt details, categories, notes, and related expense or recordkeeping information.
Receipt Images, Uploaded Files, and Generated Documents
If you upload or scan receipts, invoices, PDFs, images, or other files, we collect and store those files so the Service can process them, help organize your records, and generate documents for you.
AI-Processed Data
CrewRoo may use AI-enabled tools to extract or suggest information from receipts and other uploaded content. That means uploaded images or files, and the text derived from them, may be sent to third-party AI service providers to perform the requested extraction or processing. You are responsible for reviewing extracted information before relying on it.
Banking or Payment Instruction Information
If you choose to store banking or payment instruction information, such as routing numbers or account numbers, we collect and store that information so it can be included in documents you generate. CrewRoo does not process payments, move funds, or verify account ownership on your behalf.
Subscription and Transaction Information
If you purchase a paid plan, subscription billing may be handled by Apple App Store, Stripe, or another authorized billing provider depending on how you subscribe. We may receive limited transaction or subscription-status information from those providers, but we do not store your full payment-card details.
Usage, Device, and Log Information
We may collect technical and usage information such as browser type, device information, IP address, pages viewed, feature usage, approximate timestamps, crash or error logs, and similar diagnostic or analytics information used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
2. How We Use Information

- To create, organize, send, and store invoices, receipts, documents, and account records
- To process uploads and use AI or automation features you request
- To authenticate users and keep accounts secure
