Invite a crew member and get a free month

Know another pilot or flight attendant who'd like CrewRoo? Invite them. They get the usual 14-day free trial, and when they become a paying member you get a month free. There's no limit: five paying friends is five free months.

Send an invite

1. Open the menu and tap Invite a Crew Member.
2. Tap Invite by email to open your own email app with an invite already written (add their address and send it), or Share link to send it by text, WhatsApp, AirDrop or anything else on your phone.

Your invite link and your invite code are on the same page. If your friend gets the app from the App Store or Google Play instead of following the link, they can type your code in the Invite or partner code box when they sign up.

CrewRoo doesn't email anyone for you: the invite comes from you.

When you get your free month

• It's earned when someone you invited makes their first payment after their trial. A signup or a trial on its own doesn't count, and a refunded payment doesn't either.
• Only brand-new CrewRoo accounts count, and each one counts once, for whoever invited them first.
• We email you when it's applied:
• Web: a month's credit on your next bill.
• Android: your next Google Play billing date moves back a month.
• iPhone: an App Store code to redeem for a free month.
• If you're still on your own trial, it's applied once you subscribe.

The Invite a Crew Member page shows the crew you've invited, where each one is (signed up, on a trial, subscribed), and your free months earned, used and on the way.
