How do I get started?
Download CrewRoo, create an account, and you'll begin a 14-day free trial with full access. Add your clients, scan receipts, and generate expense reports or invoices right away.
How does the free trial and subscription work?
New users get a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires a subscription: CrewRoo Essentials at $9.99/month or CrewRoo Pro at $19.99/month. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
If you subscribed on iPhone or iPad, manage or cancel anytime in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. If you subscribed on the web, open the billing portal from Profile → Subscription inside the app. Canceling takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do I restore a purchase?
On iPhone or iPad, go to Profile → Subscription and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
On the login screen, tap Forgot password? and follow the email instructions to reset it. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact us below.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app and go to Profile → Account, then choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your data. You can also email us at support@roxstarlab.com and we'll help.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is stored securely and encrypted in transit. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
