Give your accountant view-only access

You can give one person free, view-only access to your CrewRoo account — usually your accountant or bookkeeper.

What they can and can't do

• Can: see your dashboard, trips, receipts (with the photos), invoices, expense reports, clients and Reports, and download invoice PDFs and report exports.
• Can't: create, change, send or delete anything. They never see your bank details or your W-9/W-4 forms.

They see your account only — one viewer login can't look at anyone else's.

Invite them

1. Go to Profile → Personal Information.
2. In Accountant Access, enter their email and tap Send invite.
3. They get an email with a Set up your login button. They choose a password and they're in. It's free for them.

The link works for 14 days. Tap Resend invite if it runs out, or Cancel invite to stop it.

The email needs to be one that doesn't already have its own CrewRoo account.

Remove access

In Accountant Access, tap Remove access. They lose access straight away and their view-only login is deleted. You can invite someone else afterwards.
