Sign up

1. On the sign-up screen, enter your First Name, Last Name, Email, and a Password of at least 8 characters.
2. Wait for the security check above the button to finish, then tap Start Free Trial.

You don't need a credit card to sign up. Very common passwords (like "password" or "12345678") aren't allowed, and disposable email addresses aren't accepted.

If you see "An account with this email already exists", tap Sign in instead.

Enter your 8-digit code

We email you a verification code (subject: "Your CrewRoo verification code"). On the Enter your verification code screen, type the 8 digits — the code checks itself as soon as the last digit is in. There is no separate button to press.

• The code expires after 1 hour.
• Can't find the email? Check your spam or junk folder, then tap Resend code. You can request a few new codes per hour.
• After 5 wrong attempts the boxes lock. Tap Send new code to get a fresh one.
• Typed the wrong email address? Tap Start over to go back to sign-up.

You can also tap Or confirm in your browser in the email instead of typing the code.

What happens next

Your 14-day free trial starts the moment your email is confirmed — not when you first sign up. You're then taken to a short two-step setup. See First-time setup.
