Sign in and reset your password

Sign in

On the Sign In screen, enter your Email and Password and tap Sign In.

Remember me saves your email address on that device so you don't have to type it next time. It doesn't keep you signed in on its own.

If you see "Please verify your email before signing in", you haven't entered the code from your sign-up email yet. See Create your account and confirm your email.

If you see "Too many attempts", wait a minute and try again.

Forgot your password

1. On the Sign In screen, tap Forgot password?
2. Enter your Email and tap Send Reset Code.
3. We email you an 8-digit code (subject: "Your CrewRoo password reset code"). Enter it on the Enter your reset code screen — it checks itself once all 8 digits are in. You can also tap Or reset in your browser in the email.
4. On Set New Password, enter a New Password of at least 8 characters, type it again in Confirm Password, and tap Update Password.
5. You're signed out. Sign in again with your new password.

The code expires after 1 hour. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or tap Request a new code.

Change your password while signed in

Go to Profile and use Change Password in the Account Security card. See Change your email or password.
