Delete an invoice

Delete it

1. Open the invoice from Invoices (or use the trash icon in the list on a computer).
2. Tap Delete, then Delete Invoice to confirm.

This can't be undone.

What happens

• The invoice and its lines are deleted.
• Its receipts are kept in Receipts — they're just unlinked from the invoice.
• The trip or expense report goes back to Active, so you can tap Create Invoice again.

Deleting doesn't unsend an email. If your client already has the invoice, let them know, or use Revise instead to send a corrected one with the same number. See Revise, void, or regenerate an invoice.

Can't delete it?

Void invoices can't be deleted. They stay on the Void tab as a record.
