Delete receipts

Deleting a receipt permanently removes the record and its file. It can't be undone.

Delete one receipt

1. Go to Receipts and tap the receipt.
2. Tap Delete, then Delete Receipt to confirm.

Delete several at once

1. On Receipts, tap Select.
2. Tick the receipts, or tap Select All (N).
3. Tap Delete (N), then confirm with Delete N Receipt(s).

You can delete up to 50 receipts at a time.

Just scanned the wrong thing?

On the review screen, tap Discard to throw it away.

Receipts already on an invoice

Deleting a receipt that's on an invoice keeps the invoice's line, but the receipt is no longer attached to that invoice's receipts PDF. If you need the invoice to change, revise it instead. See Revise, void, or regenerate an invoice.

Deleting a trip, expense report, or invoice never deletes receipts — it just unlinks them.
