Download an invoice PDF

You can get the PDF of any saved invoice that isn't void. It's the same invoice PDF your client gets by email — see What your client receives.

On a computer or in a phone browser

1. Open the invoice from Invoices.
2. Tap Download PDF.

The file (for example Invoice-N833LC-JD-001.pdf) goes to your Downloads.

In the iPhone app

1. Open the invoice from Invoices.
2. Tap Download PDF. The invoice opens full screen.
3. Tap Share PDF to save it to Files, email it, AirDrop it, or print it. Tap X to close.

If you don't see Share PDF, your iPhone can still show the invoice here, but can't hand the file to other apps. Open CrewRoo in Safari at crewroo.com and download it there.

Good to know

• Downloading doesn't change the invoice's status. If you send the PDF yourself, it stays Draft — and a draft can't be marked paid. Use Send Invoice so CrewRoo tracks it, or keep track yourself.
• The PDF is the invoice only. The receipts PDF and other attachments are added when you send it from CrewRoo. See What's attached to an invoice email.
• Void invoices have no Download PDF: the PDF doesn't say it's void, so it could be mistaken for a live invoice.
